As our first Product Manager, you'll play a key role in crafting the inqli experience. You’ll work closely with the founders and in collaboration with our engineering & design teams to help create, shape, and ship critical parts of the product.
You have experience with influencing multi-disciplinary product teams. You have experience closely collaborating with stakeholders, be it in a consultancy context or in-house, to help lead teams and deliver value.
You are highly collaborative, and maintain a mindset of curiosity and openness when working across teams and functions. You practice curiosity by asking questions, learning through research, talking to experts or others unlike yourself, requesting feedback from others, and seeking out diverse perspectives. You thrive on tackling complex challenges.
Objectives of this role
Work with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams with diverse perspectives and expertise, through research phase to final deliverables/stewardship in a build phase
Tirelessly advocate for our customers
Assess the viability of our native mobile & responsive web applications
Create product specs, feature stories, think through problems and edge cases
Continuously analyze customer feedback to incorporate it into the product
Talk to customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and how we can better serve them
Ruthlessly prioritize our backlog to make sure we're always working on features that move the needle for our customers and the business
Education & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with native mobile & responsive web applications
You’ve shipped great products as a Product Manager, Engineer, Designer, or Founder
Great skills to have
Coaching & facilitation skills
You’re a creative product thinker that incorporates quantitative thinking
You have incredibly strong data analytics skills and can structure complex analyses to answer key product questions
You are an excellent communicator with great attention to detail
You love the craft of shipping software and take pride in the outcome
You are scrappy and enjoy finding creative ways to plow through obstacles
