About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive strategic, cross-organizational initiatives that elevate our engineering standards and operational excellence. Working directly with our SVP of Engineering, you'll be instrumental in setting the technical direction for our global engineering organization through KPI development, compliance leadership, and process improvements that impact how we build and ship software.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with exceptional program management skills. You'll be the connective tissue across teams, ensuring our most critical initiatives move from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams spanning different time zones and geographies
Lead organization-wide accessibility improvement programs, ensuring WCAG compliance and inclusive design practices
Build relationships across engineering, product, security, and business teams to align on priorities and remove blockers
Facilitate technical decision-making and drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities
Communicate program status, risks, and wins to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on development in modern programming languages and frameworks
5+ years of technical program/project management experience, leading large-scale, multi-team initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking engineering metrics and KPIs
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
