What you will be doing:
The Learning and Talent Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational execution of key talent programs across the organization. This role ensures the seamless delivery of learning experiences, manages system administration for performance evaluations and engagement surveys, and maintains accurate and timely updates within our Learning Management System (LMS). As part of the Global Talent Development team, the administrator helps scale meaningful talent initiatives that support employee growth, performance, and engagement across our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement Surveys: Coordinate the administration of employee engagement surveys, including survey setup, user list management, and scheduling. Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and reporting.

  • Learning Systems Support: Own day-to-day LMS administration (e.g., course uploads, user enrollment, data tracking, troubleshooting). Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with program timelines.

  • Operational & Administrative Support: Provide high-quality support for learning and development programs, including scheduling sessions, managing participant communications, handling logistics for virtual and in-person events, and tracking participation.

  • Reporting & Data Management: Generate and distribute reports related to performance, learning, and engagement using Workday and other tools. Maintain accurate records and help surface insights that inform future programming.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Talent Development and People Partners for systems and processes run smoothly and align with business needs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, improve the employee experience, and enhance system functionality.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, L&D, or people operations role, ideally in a hybrid or distributed work environment.

  • Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (like Workday LMS, Docebo, or Cornerstone); interest in learning LMS administration is welcomed.

  • Familiarity with engagement survey tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Workday) and survey coordination best practices.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures, with a global team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
