What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Cyber Resilience Advisor, Pre-Sales to join our team.
Location preference – Eastern Time Zone (US or Canada)
This role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on business needs
What you will be doing:
At Semperis, we’re on a mission to make the world’s identity systems resilient to cyberattacks. As a Cyber Resilience Advisor in our Pre-Sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of helping organizations prepare for and respond to identity-based threats using our technology.
As an essential member of our Pre-Sales Team, you’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, and business development to deliver the latest and most comprehensive cyber-incident response and crisis management platform on the market. You’ll collaborate with sales to identify effective strategies and new product opportunities. You’ll be responsible for rapidly identifying customer challenges, clearly articulating the need for a robust resilience platform, and demonstrating how our solution’s technical strengths directly address those gaps. You’ll be integral in shaping future product development by listening for customer challenges and evolving market needs. This role is pivotal in bridging technical expertise with customer engagement, ensuring our clients understand and realize the full value of our cyber resilience solutions.
Present the Semperis story with a focus on the resilience platform online and in-person
Conduct effective and compelling product demonstrations online and in-person. Lead technical presentations in person and assist sales directors with ROI presentations
Conduct proof of value deployments and related activities directly with customers
Facilitate or support customer tabletop exercises as part of proof of value
Collaborate with Sales to identify and create winning sales strategies and new product opportunities
Use consultative selling to identify customer pain points associated with cyber-incident response and crisis management
Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers
Provide input and feedback to engineering teams and development
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Design technical solutions to meet customer’s business, technical, and/or financial goals
Partner with the Sales team to develop requirements documents, presentations, proposals, and ROI models, and coordinate with a team of support specialists, consultants, or project managers to execute sales objectives or to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned
Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products to develop and present unique solutions, and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas
Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary
What You’ll Bring:
Reside in the Eastern Time Zone (U.S. or Canada) to align with customer and team collaboration needs.
Experience in software Pre-Sales or Consulting
5-10 years working in or developing Business Continuity, Incident Response, or Crisis Management programs with experience in response planning
Proven track record in customer-facing roles involving solution design, technical presentations, and value articulation.
Hands-on experience with Business Impact Assessments, Risk Management, or Crisis Management Planning.
· Familiarity with key frameworks such as NIST 2.0, ISO, SEC, and CIRCIA
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable facilitating tabletop exercises and engaging in consultative discussions with customers.
Experience building technical proof of concept directly with customers
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders, articulating the value of the solution beyond its technical features to highlight strategic and operational benefits.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field. CS, Economics, or Engineering is a plus, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
