What are We Looking For:

Semperis is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Partner Program and Operations.

As the Senior Director, Global Partner Program and Operations, you will lead the evolution and execution of our global partner program and collaborate across the company to build a world-class partner program & ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the program requirements, enablement/demand generation programs, operational efficiency, reporting, and strategic initiatives to help accelerate our solutions across the globe. This strategic individual contributor role will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales & Alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Program Development: Design and implement a scalable partner program that aligns with business goals, ensuring long-term success and engagement.

  • Certifications & Specializations: Collaborate with team to develop training programs and necessary certifications to equip partners with deep security solution expertise, ensuring successful market penetration and customer/partner satisfaction.

  • Revenue Growth & GTM Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies, increase revenue, and drive joint success with partners.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in partner operations, optimizing processes, reporting frameworks, performance measurement and compliance. Manage Partner Portal and other key systems and reporting tools.

  • Partner Experience & Events: Set the vision and tone for the Partner Journey and Satisfaction. Develop and manage Partner Advisory Councils, Partner Summits, and other strategic events.

  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global partners and internal executives to ensure alignment and growth.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices to refine partnership strategies.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented: Individual must have a proven track record and ability to manage strategic and tactical activities required to deliver results.

  • Team player: Enjoy working with extended teams and partners to achieve results.

  • Professional with ability to GSD: Strong organization, content creation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize initiatives, execute, and GSD- the right way

  • Impact: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to build something special, have a significant impact on the business, and have fun along the way.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in global partner programs, operations, or business development within security technology or related fields.

  • Strong communication skills- written & presentation.

  • Experience creating partner agreements and program guides and playbooks

  • Successfully developed and managed Partner portals and learning management platforms

  • Sales and Channel management experience.

  • Proven track record of developing and scaling strategic partner initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and partner ecosystems.

  • Ability to drive operational excellence, program management, and revenue-impacting partnerships.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
