What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team in Israel and support a fast-paced, high-tech, global cybersecurity Start-Up.

What You Will Be Doing:

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll work closely with the senior director of Global People Operations to plan and execute an annual engagement strategy that fosters employee satisfaction and a strong company culture.

Your role will focus on enhancing the employee experience by implementing engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and employee recognition efforts. You will also assist managers and HRBPs in onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also organize team-building activities, company events, and milestone celebrations, ensuring employees feel valued and connected.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with HRBPs and the Employer Branding Manager to promote a positive employee experience while maintaining the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the engagement plan within the approved budget, track spending, and ensure cost-effective implementation.

  • Plan and organize team-building activities (both in-person and virtual), happy hours and other social gatherings to strengthen team dynamics.

  • Manage employee recognition programs, including birthday gifts, work anniversaries, and special occasions such as new hires, year-end celebrations, and ad-hoc events.

  • Utilize analytics (e.g., engagement, onboarding, and wellness surveys) to continuously refine employee experience initiatives and align them with company values and business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong situational adaptability, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Experience in a similar role (e.g., Employee Experience and/or Event Planning) within a high-tech company is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
