What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Design team, responsible for delivering the latest security and identity products. You will work on complex, enterprise-level systems, ensuring they are visually appealing, innovative, and user-friendly, while also mentoring fellow designers to ensure high product design standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead UI/UX product design for multiple company products, focusing on complex security applications
Drive the full product design lifecycle, from research to wireframes, design, prototyping, and user testing, while independently leading the end-to-end process from ideation to final implementation.
Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform strategic design decisions and enhance product differentiation.
Collaborate closely with product managers and support engineering during implementation.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
6+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS complex systems.
Proven experience working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs.
Previous experience mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level designers.
Strategic design thinking & Figma mastery to align design decisions with business goals and optimize workflows.
A strong portfolio showcasing experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or other technically complex products.
A pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest details.
Ability to thrive in an agile environment and meet deadlines.
High level of written and spoken English.
A team player with strong leadership skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in designing mobile apps.
Experience in cybersecurity product design.
