Commercial Analytics Working Student (m/f/d)

In a nutshell

At Picnic, our entire business model is built on a data-driven foundation, allowing us to revolutionize grocery shopping through an app-only, ultra-efficient supply chain. We’re looking for analytical and curious minds to join us as Commercial Analytics Working Students.

You’ll be part of the teams that keep our digital supermarket running efficiently. You will dive into datasets to optimize our pricing, refine our assortment, evaluate campaign performance, and uncover the insights that drive our growth.

Rather than one single analytics team, we have analytical minds embedded across our entire Commercial department. You’ll be placed in a team based on your technical strengths and interests.

What challenges await you

Depending on your focus area, here’s what you could be doing:

Data Deep-Dives: Use SQL, Python, or advanced Excel to interpret customer trends, track our competitive positioning, and identify growth opportunities.

Commercial Strategy: Analyze product performance and app interaction to provide actionable recommendations that help us refine what we sell and how we sell it.

Campaign & Partnerships Analytics: Transform campaign and customer data into actionable intelligence. You'll evaluate the success of marketing activities to help our internal teams and brand partners understand what drives conversion.

Building Dashboards: Create and maintain automated reporting tools in Tableau or Google Sheets to give the team a clear, real-time view of our key performance metrics.

Optimization Projects: Support the implementation and evaluation of pricing changes, assortment updates, and promotional activities to maximize customer value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different teams to ensure our data insights lead to sustainable operational improvements.

Availability to work 16–20 hours per week

What you can look forward to
