Learning & Development Associate

In a nutshell

Our People team strives to revolutionize learning & development in the same way that Picnic has shaken up grocery delivery. Picnic’s central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. In the role of L&D Associate, you're part of the central L&D team at our Amsterdam office. Working closely together with the broader People team, you're the first point of contact for the Picnic central team for all L&D related topics. Being a true team player, you're constantly working with the rest of the L&D team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. You're ready to take on diverse challenges, curious and driven to go above and beyond and showing an “anything is possible” attitude!

Tricks of the trade

Planning and coordinating: Be responsible for all planning and coordination of trainings and other L&D programs

Find venues: Find external locations for programs that fit well with the specific trainings and programs

Improve processes: Proactively find ways to continuously improve L&D processes

Documentation: Take ownership of documenting evaluations and feedback

Your superpowers

Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or similar

1-2 years of working experience, preferably in HR and/or L&D

Experienced in working with Google Sheets

Experience with Workday is a big plus

Strong admin skills and the ability to keep a clear overview

An eye for detail and highly service oriented

You are an organizational talent who takes ownership

You are an energetic and confident team player with a positive mindset

Fluent in English both verbal and written. Dutch, German or French is an advantage
