Learning & Development Trainer
In a nutshell
Are you passionate about Learning & Development? Join our diverse team at Amsterdam HQ and make a real impact in our dynamic scale-up environment. As part of the L&D team, you’ll help shape an engaging learning journey for our 10,000+ operational employees and 500+ leaders, equipping them with the hard and soft skills they need to excel. Collaborating closely with HR and Operations, you’ll play a key role in empowering our colleagues to grow and succeed.
Tricks of the trade
Organise on-site training logistics: Plan and register participants with team leads, confirm and prepare locations, and allocate trainers for each session.
Facilitate communication: Ensure clear preparation and follow-up communication with participants and team leads, to have them get most out of our programs.
Deliver in-person training: Host workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions, preparing and evaluating with your co-trainer.
Measure training impact: Track results, analyse feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
We’re looking for
Finished Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of working experience, during which you delivered in-person trainings and worked closely with Operations.
Got coaching experience? That's a plus, but not a must!
Fluency in Dutch and a full working proficiency in English
Passion for Learning & Development and desire to grow its impact within Picnic
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
You easily build networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact
You feel energized by getting things done and you mobilize your stakeholders easily
You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel across the Netherlands to deliver on-site training at various locations.
