In a nutshell

Our People team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has revolutionized grocery delivery. Picnic's central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. The People team consists of 32 employees that take full responsibility for the development and organization of all employees in the central team. Our mission is to create high-performing teams in a highly engaging environment. Now, we’re looking for an intern to support our mission!

Tricks of the trade

Performance management: Support performance reviews by preparing check-ins and bi-annual reviews and performance calibrations together with the People team
Documentation: Conduct all admin-related tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensation
Project management: support people-related initiatives, provide insightful data to guide decision-making (such as gender pay gap, traineeship structure, engagement surveys)
Continuous improvement: Joining meetings to people programs (including staffing, onboarding, learning & development and rotation processes)
Stakeholder management: enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline, together with the People team

Your superpowers

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field.
You are interested in learning about HR topics, such as about performance management, organizational structures, HR systems & processes, employee engagement and leadership development.
You bring a strong eye for detail and execution mindset; deliver in-time. You’re not afraid to challenge the status-quo and like working together in teams.
You’re flexible to work next to your studies, preferably between 2-4 days per week on average for a duration of 6 months.
You’re fluent in English, preferably Dutch.

💰Attractive package
We offer €800 per month gross salary for a full-time internship as well as 12.5 vacation days per six months, so you can recharge your batteries.
