What you’ll do

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce scheduling and the implementation of innovative solutions
• Work with the team to develop an employee app
• Automate and standardize processes to support the growth of the company
• Lead exciting projects in the area of centralizing employee scheduling
• Create strategies based on data analysis
• Develop codes and solutions in the area of employee scheduling

About you

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mathematics, operations or a relevant analytical study program
• First experience in planning and organizing employees, ideally in a retail environment
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems as well as first programming skills (e.g. Python, Java) and experience with creating sheets 
• Enthusiasm for the development and implementation of new tools and interfaces
• Fluent in German and English
