🥜 In a nutshell
As a recruiter coordinator you are responsible for high volume recruitment (>400 hires per week) of warehouse workers & delivery drivers in one of the three areas in Germany (North, Centre, South). This means that you and your team strive to reach the hiring targets, align operational topics with stakeholders from our Fulfilment Centers & Hubs and remove blockers in the process. As a team lead, you create a positive atmosphere and are responsible for coaching & supporting 15 recruiters.You work on several recruitment projects to improve key performance indicators (kpis) like time to hire, applicant to hire ratio & applicant experiences.

- Manage day-to-day high volume operations
- Lead a team of 15 recruiters
- End responsible for reaching weekly hiring targets with your team
- Ensure a fast and smooth process with a great candidate experience
- Work on recruitment projects to improve efficiency & applicant experiences
⭐ About you
- You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
- You have 2-5 years of experience in working in talent acquisition/recruitment
- You have leadership experience
- You are fluent in English and German
- A positive and energetic personality who is not afraid to make decisions
