We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to partner closely with the business to elevate our pricing strategy and drive profitability and growth across the Unified portfolio. This role works at the intersection of strategy, monetization, and execution - partnering with Offering, Monetization, and Strategy teams as well as broader MCAPS Finance, to shape pricing initiatives that unlock margin expansion and sustainable revenue growth.



Responsibilities

Prioritization

  • Provide deep insights and actionable recommendations to inform offering design and pricing strategy across the Unified portfolio
  • Develop forward looking frameworks to assess risk and opportunity for critical and high visibility deals
  • Build long range planning models for margin and discounting that translate into clear, actionable targets for future fiscal years
  • Develop and present analytics that assess and explain profitability across the offering portfolio

Partnership

  • Partner with CE&S leadership to identify and activate levers that drive positive impact on margins and discounting
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk to optimize operating models and decision frameworks around deal profitability
  • Partner with the Field Finance community to identify proven practices and scale them across geographies

Protect

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing financial accuracy and business processes; drive corrective actions where needed
  • Advise business partners on appropriate use and sharing of financial information, approved instruments, and processes consistent with corporate policy


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to make the complex simple and influence through effective story telling
  • Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, accurate accompanied by proficient Excel modeling skills
  • Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrixed environment
  • Team player - proven ability to manage across organizational boundaries, influence others and build on the work of others
  • Effective communication, cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complicated material in executive-ready manner.


Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
