We are seeking a visionary, experienced UX Architect (with strong UX design and engineering experience) to lead the creation of next-generation user experiences in the age of artificial intelligence. This role goes beyond traditional UX design, requiring expertise in facilitating design thinking workshops, crafting intuitive experiences for AI-powered applications, and engineering robust front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen to identify user pain points and articulate compelling value propositions, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable impact. Familiarity with Human AI Interaction Guidelines is essential to champion ethical and effective design practices. We, EAG Studio 42, develop and evolve a diverse set of projects for customers from different domains. You’ll work directly with a variety of business and engineering experts across the company with the opportunity to help our customers work better, faster and smarter.

Responsibilities
Design Thinking Workshop Facilitation: Plan and run collaborative workshops to foster creative problem-solving, align cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in AI-powered product development.
User research and stakeholder management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders and end users to uncover and analyze pain points, translating these insights into actionable design opportunities.
AI Experience Design: Design seamless, human-centered experiences for applications leveraging artificial intelligence, with sensitivity to Human AI Interaction Guidelines and ethical considerations.
Front-End Engineering: Drive the front-end architecture to support complex user interfaces, collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement front-end solutions that realize design intent, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility and performance.
Business Collaboration: Work alongside product managers and business leaders to define, communicate, and deliver clear value propositions addressing user needs and organizational goals.
Cross discipline collaboration: Collaborate with other developers and data scientists on the team to design, implement, and maintain interactive, visual, and analytical web experiences and workflow tools for desktop and mobile (blend of modern front-end technologies, including PowerApps).
Mentor, coach, and develop other engineers.
Lead by example and suggest improvements to the team’s development practices, code quality and web client performance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Proven expertise in UX and experience design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact in digital products.
Hands-on experience designing AI-powered applications, including familiarity with Human AI Interaction Guidelines.
Expertise with JavaScript and frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular or Vue.
Basic experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core, specifically ASP.NET Web API.
Experience building Micro Frontend applications and Design Systems.
Excellent software engineering rigor, including peer code reviews, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.
Strong experience in Hypervelocity Engineering with AI powered design and coding tools.
Cross-browser development/deployment experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Experience with building 3D applications targeting VR/AR/MR platforms with Unity/Unreal Engine/Babylon JS.
Prior experience as a people manager, with responsibility for performance management, career development, and driving business outcomes using data-driven scorecards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or user experience design & development (or related field).
Design Leadership Experience with 15 years of designer experience, of which at least 5 years is UI/Frontend development experience.
Experience working in a DevOps environment.
Application development and deployment experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Experience with building cross platform apps with frameworks like Electron is an advantage.
Experience with data, analytics, visualization libraries (d3, Highcharts), and related technologies is an added advantage.
