Look no further. The Industry Solution Delivery (ISD) organization is looking to hire a Marketing Lead for Consulting Services within Custom Solutioning organization.

The Custom Solutioning Marketing team’s mission is to empower the field with scalable ISD solutions & programs that drive adoption and accelerate business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Enablement Leadership: Define ISD solution enablement for the field by creating scalable content and leading learning initiatives.
  • Program Ownership: Define ISD sales programs and leverage market intelligence to influence adoption and growth.
  • Insight & Reinforcement: Capture field insights and implement reinforcement activities to sustain engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

Activation

  • In partnership with One Services Sales, define comprehensive solution enablement for the field by aligning resources, processes, and best practices to ensure readiness and effectiveness across all teams.
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement content for programs and offers, ensuring materials are adaptable, impactful, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Actively participate in and present at learning events to share expertise, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in field capabilities.
  • Provide thought leadership by introducing innovative ideas, shaping strategic discussions, and influencing the direction of enablement initiatives.

Adoption

  • Take full ownership of the definition of ISD sales programs, driving their execution and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities to maximize adoption and performance outcomes.
  • Utilize market intelligence to proactively influence motions, identify emerging trends, and guide strategic decisions that enhance competitive positioning.
  • Capture, analyze, and synthesize field insights to inform program improvements, strengthen engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead reinforcement activities that sustain adoption, embed best practices, and ensure long-term success of implemented programs.

Acceleration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales audiences, providing clarity on ISD portfolio and ensuring consistent messaging to build trust and credibility.
  • Drive early deal shaping by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, anticipate challenges, and position solutions for optimal impact.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years marketing strategy, sales, sales enablement, pre-sales, or related work experience.
  • Defining sales enablement to include but not limited to field marketing, services/program/segment marketing
  • 5+ years of enterprise experience with ANY combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic marketing plans; build & develop sales enablement strategy; drive marketing; services marketing; customer and market analysis; end-to-end customer journey, develop insights; or related.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills across matrix organizations.
  • Cross-group collaboration, executive communication, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas for various audiences.
  • Efficient Business Analysis Skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.


Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
