As an Enterprise Commercial Leader, you will lead and scale high‑performing sales teams responsible for driving enterprise customer impact and commercial growth. You will set strategic direction, develop leaders, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver predictable business outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate Microsoft’s growth across your market or segment.This role combines people leadership, commercial accountability, and strategic execution, with a strong focus on developing managers, driving sales excellence, and operating at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop people managers, building strong, inclusive, and high‑performing sales teams.
- Set and execute sales and market strategies aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Drive accountability for revenue, pipeline health, and commercial execution across the organization.
- Partner with senior internal stakeholders to align on priorities, investments, and go‑to‑market motions.Foster a culture of growth mindset, customer obsession, and operational excellence.
- Enable managers to effectively lead their teams through clear goals, performance management, and talent development.
- Use data and insights to guide decisions, identify risks, and continuously improve sales execution.
- Represent Microsoft as a trusted leader with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with accountability for enterprise or commercial business outcomes, ideally within technology‑driven or complex B2B environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing people managers, including coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
- Strong ability to define and execute sales and market strategies aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making at executive level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading sales organizations through growth, transformation, or change at scale.
- Track record of building and sustaining high‑performing, inclusive teams across multiple layers.
- Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments.
- Strong data‑driven mindset, leveraging insights to guide decision‑making and improve execution.
