Responsibilities
- You will deliver technical solutions and address increasingly complex challenges and opportunities by building out cross-team coordination and gain buy-in and alignment by garnering the support of internal stakeholders for the solution.
- You will develop the vision and strategy of an increasingly complex solution area as well as translate complex opportunities and problems into business requirements, and design roadmaps for complex solution areas that incorporate technical and business needs.
- You will prioritize complex problem and solution areas, and identify experiences that will support business goals and also define success criteria and performance metrics for an increasingly complex solution using a deep understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and other success measures.
- You will deliver increasingly complex solution areas while minimizing any variance between estimates and project outcomes and conduct user testing to determine the end-user experience and evaluate the performance of technical solutions.
- You will demonstrate deep expertise in the technology landscape and business operations, while staying up to date with emerging technologies and also act as a trusted voice for business and technical team decision-making, and prepare business users for the implementation of new technical solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience with LEAN or similar continuous improvement methodologies or equivalent.
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience in facilitating the translation of business requirements into engineering specifications.
Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
