Responsibilities
    • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable Copilot and agent-based solutions aligned to high-ROI customer outcomes, while ensuring solutions comply with enterprise governance standards.
    • Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
    • Leverage Agentic AI: Use Copilot prompt engineering, agent-building capabilities, and Copilot Studio expertise to drive AI at scale, ensuring agents are deployed, managed, and operated within approved governance frameworks.
    • Apply platform and agent governance: Guide customers on Agents and Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, identity and access controls, and lifecycle management for apps, flows, and agents.
    • Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored, governed AI solutions that drive expansion and business value realization.
    • Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate customers’ AI transformation journeys.


Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, ideally M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

    Experience working in a customer-facing role, engaging both business and technical stakeholders.

    Ability to translate technical and governance requirements into clear architectural guidance and customer outcomes.

    Experience designing and delivering AI solutions at scale, with understanding of Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and security controls.

    Knowledge of agent governance concepts, including lifecycle management, access control, data boundaries, monitoring, and operational readiness.

    Ability to identify opportunities within customer accounts, including upsell, renewal, and strategic engagement.

    Fluent in English and Italian and able to use both in a business environment.

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
