• Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints
• Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud
• Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform
• Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer
• Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies
• Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues
• Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent 5+ years practical experience
• Proven experience delivering enterprise application solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Strong hands‑on experience in application development, integration, and modernization
• Practical experience applying AI‑assisted development or AI capabilities within application solutions, such as:
  • Integrating AI services or APIs into applications
  • Using AI tools to enhance development productivity, testing, or solution quality
• Familiarity with data platforms that support AI workloads (e.g., Azure SQL, Fabric, Databricks, Synapse)
• Experience participating in end‑to‑end project delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, build, test, and deployment
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and AI‑enabled application solutions
• Experience identifying technical and solution risks, including data, AI, or integration risks, and proposing mitigations
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical and AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
