With over 17,000 employees worldwide, the Customer Success Unit partners with customers to help them achieve outcomes faster through cloud and AI innovation.We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise across Azure AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data. In this senior, customer-facing role, you will lead strategic technical engagements, advise executive stakeholders, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to design and deliver cloud and AI strategies that drive measurable business impact.

• Build trusted relationships with IT executives and business leaders as a strategic advisor for Cloud and AI transformation.
• Lead architecture design sessions and guide delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient Azure solutions using frameworks such as CAF and WAF.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, aligned to customer success plans.
• Drive technical excellence across Azure workloads, ensuring performance, security, and production-scale AI readiness.Accelerate Azure adoption by resolving technical blockers, delivering repeatable IP, and providing delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to shape and execute impactful delivery proposals.
• Contribute to Microsoft’s technical communities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
• Maintain deep technical expertise and certifications across priority technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, GitHub, App Services, Databricks, and Fabric.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies and customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects.

Preferred

• Extensive experience leading large-scale technical engagements.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, security-related certifications).
• Dutch speaking
