This is an opportunity to join SME&C EMEA HQ / CVP Office, supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering closely with teams across EMEA to grow the business and culture! You will operate in an agile, learning‑oriented, international environment, ensuring strong business operations and organizational health to enable sustained growth.
As a Business Program Manager in the CVP Office, you will lead strategic, cross‑EMEA programs - expanding your network, building deep business acumen, sharpening stakeholder and communication skills, and mastering agility in a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to drive the Leadership and Strategy agenda, coordinating closely with strategic partners to enable business success and measurable outcomes.
- Execute and operationalize business plans to ensure continuity, precision, and timely delivery of priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and crossfunctional‑functional Microsoft teams to design and deliver execution plans, leading core processes to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution across the organization.
Program Management
- Drives cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs. Engages in project management or may act as a project/program manager to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require hands-on coordination across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.
- Act as connection point into other teams ensuring cross-team alignment, collaboration and feedback loops – e.g., SME&C Core team.
Organizational Health & People Plans
- Supports Chief of Staff in monitoring team/organization health and supports the leader in responding to team opportunities, as well as leading culture initiatives. Capitalizes on team strengths and identifies development areas through bi-annual Employees Signals results.
Customer & Partner Engagements
- Prepares Business Leader for external customer and partner meetings. Proactively and thoroughly collects all required and relevant information ahead of meetings, and consolidates and clearly communicate this to the business leader. Involved in all aspects of Executive Visits.
Special Projects/Programs and Initiatives
- Leads the SME&C EMEA Business Manager Community, ensuring timely execution of topics and actions. Focus on Creating Clarity and leading v-team as needed ensuring progress and high-quality outcomes.
- Leads on people recognition, as the EMEA Awards Manager, managing full cycle of Awards programs from nominations to winner selections.
- You may support on other topics/projects such as owning the Early in Profession program, new fiscal year planning and landing, flagship events etc.

Required/minimum qualifications
Additional or preferred qualifications
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field AND extensive, progressive experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
