Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Solution Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Partner Solutions team. This role is focused on driving strategic partnerships and sales engagements with Enterprise System Integrators (ESIs) and Scale Solution Providers (SSPs) that operate at enterprise scale.

The role is accountable for managing large partnerships aligning partner capabilities to Microsoft’s enterprise sales priorities, and accelerating co‑sell execution, pipeline progression, and revenue impact across prioritized solution areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, partner‑led delivery models, and large partner ecosystems, with the ability to translate strategic partner alignment into measurable customer outcomes and sustained joint growth.



Responsibilities

As a Partner Solution Sales Manager for Enterprise System Integrators (ESIs), you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This includes identifying new business opportunities and leading partner-led engagements that align with our broader commercial goals. Your ability to craft and implement scalable sales motions will be critical to accelerating joint success.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with partner executives and sales teams, acting as a trusted advisor on Microsoft’s solutions and services. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and engineering—to ensure alignment on joint initiatives and to deliver a unified partner experience. Your role will be pivotal in bridging partner needs with internal capabilities.

Success in this role will also require rigorous tracking and reporting of sales performance, pipeline development, and partner satisfaction. You’ll be expected to bring strategic insight and operational discipline to every engagement, ensuring that both partner and internal stakeholders are informed, aligned, and empowered to execute effectively.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in managing strategic, enterprise‑scale partner relationships (including Large Solution Providers / SSPs) and driving joint co‑sell motions, pipeline acceleration, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise technology and AI landscape and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
