Cloud Solution Architect - Apps - Brisbane
Microsoft
Bring your cloud and AI engineering talent to our team and shape Australia’s future as you architect modern, intelligent applications on Azure for major retailers and public sector organisations, powering the digital experiences Australians use every day.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. We bring this mission to life through a growth mindset, a culture built on respect, integrity, and accountability, and an environment where every individual can thrive.
The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organisation exists to help customers realise business value faster through differentiated customer experiences powered by Microsoft technology. Our people play a central role in delivering these outcomes by guiding organisations through complex cloud transformation journeys.
As a CE&S Cloud and AI Solution Architect specialising in Apps and AI, you will own the end‑to‑end technical relationship with customers and guide their adoption of modern Azure application platforms and AI‑enabled solutions. You will design secure, scalable, cloud‑native and AI‑ready architectures, and lead customers through cloud‑native development, DevOps transformation, and AI integration.
You will connect customer business needs with the right Azure application and AI capabilities, creating sustainable, high‑quality outcomes that accelerate innovation, developer productivity, and time‑to‑value.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on with application platforms and software engineering practices, with experience in customer leadership, architectural influence, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work across complex and high‑impact application workloads throughout Australia, guiding customers from strategy through to delivery.
You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of like‑minded peers who will challenge and support you as you deepen your technical leadership and deliver innovative application and AI solutions that shape outcomes for major retailers and public sector organisations across Australia.
This role will be based in Brisbane.
Flexible work arrangements are supported in this role.
If you meet most but not all the requirements, we encourage you to apply. Our team values diverse perspectives and potential as much as experience.
