As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your Microsoft 365 and Unified Communications technical subject matter expertise you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects. Responsibilities
  • Accelerate Value Realization: Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of Teams and Teams Phone, securing long-term customer renewal. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services (Teams, Teams Phone, Rooms) expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.

  • Drive Usage: Develop opportunities by working with customers to ensure they understand Teams/ Teams Phone value proposition. Provide technical implementation guidance driving active usage of the solution. Actively listen and respectfully challenge customers to drive the best outcomes.

  • Customer Trust and Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, leveraging internal teams to capture feedback, remove blockers, surface insights, and align resources.

  • Technical Development: Demonstrate Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.

  • Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

  • Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND solid years' of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR equivalent experience

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:


Fluent in German and English (written and oral communication)

  • Experience implementing telecommunication technologies and have experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell.

  • Deep technical knowledge and enterprise scale experience of Microsoft Teams

  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with Teams Phone, Calling Plans, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Teams Rooms, devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migrations.

  • Technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management required; Experience in leading the planning, design, presentation, and implementation of Unified Communications solutions to meet customer, business, and technical objective

  • Experience troubleshooting solutions with hands-on expertise specific to troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, authentication and authorization, security and compliance information, debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring.

  • Knowledge of telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features in Microsoft Teams.
