As a Sales Excellence Manager Apprentice, under supervision, you will support executive capacity and acts as an internal advocate for the segment, driving insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life. You will help define and drive a predictable Rhythm of Business in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcome delivery. You will help instill sales process discipline and adherence to standards and execution excellence and help coach sales teams to execute sales motions and strategies as well as help create and land new habits and business priorities among sales teams; Under guidance, you will sales leaders to instill sales process discipline on pipeline health management in their respective teams. You will collaborate with peers to develop segment strategies on segmentation, territory planning, and quota setting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • With managerial oversight, assists with account/ business planning. Collects and/or reports business information to help benchmark performance and drive sales pipeline health. Supports the execution of defined actions within the operational unit.
  • Under guidance, assists team members to advise sales segment leads on planning and landing targets (e.g., quota setting, territory management, segmentation).
  • Builds relationships with sales managers and their teams. Supports coaching of sellers and/or managers with assistance.
  • Under guidance, applies key reporting tools and conducts analysis on key revenue drivers within defined scope. Escalates issues in reporting or analytics.
  • Helps sales teams and managers understand and effectively use common and/or new processes and tools developed for the wider business to improve internal and external communications and engagements, while developing knowledge and collecting feedback on tools.

Qualifications

Requirements

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must not have a degree, however, you should have:

  • Obtained suitable level 3 qualifications by 31st August 2026 (3 A-levels with grades A*-C, BTEC Nationals, T Levels, or equivalent).
  • Obtained 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, with grades A*-C or 9-4 on the new grading system.

You need to be legally authorised (have citizenship or a valid visa/work permit) to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
