Responsibilities
CSA Manager – CSA Global Delivery (GD) – Key Responsibilities
• Lead a global CSA team across regions and time zones
• Manage delivery through a blended workforce model (Microsoft FTEs + Partners)
• Own delivery quality for CSA Global Delivery–owned workloads
• Ensure delivery aligns with the Tech Maturity Model (TMM) and routing rules
• Drive standardized, repeatable, and scalable delivery practices
• Manage capacity, utilization, and cost efficiency at scale
• Ensure compliance with CSA GD processes, tools, and governance
• Partner with CSU Area teams, CSAMs, and key stakeholders to drive execution
• Lead complex delivery scenarios and customer escalations
• Support workload transitions from Field to Global Delivery
• Build team readiness through skilling, enablement, and certifications
• Contribute to CSA GD transformation initiatives and continuous improvement


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
Language: English and Italian spoken and written
Additional or preferred qualifications
Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
Experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
People management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
