As the Activation GTM Leader for Cloud & AI Platforms in EMEA, you will oversee the Activation GTM Managers who accelerate Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) and market share growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across EMEA, including sales Excellence, sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
· You will be the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across products and solution plays within the Cloud & AI Platforms business as well as leverage product and/or technical subject matter expertise as well as industry, market and competitive knowledge to share insights and feedback to EMEA Regional SEO Cloud & AI GM, and Solution Play team, position the value proposition and tailor messaging to both internal and external audiences.
· You will own accountability for defined scorecard metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for a product/service as well as plan and execute business strategy in the highest priority areas and/or where the most impact can be had for the line of business. Partners with relevant senior leadership team(s) as required to ensure alignment with area/subsidiary goals and drives business priorities.
You will partner with EMEA Regional SEO Cloud & AI team, provide feedback and insights to the strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans, making sure GTMs in your team land and activate solution plays, investments and programs effectively, drive GTM execution in excellence in partnership with sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions as well as guide and support one commercial partner (OCP) in recruiting and enabling partners to achieve target capacity and quality and align with subsidiary scorecard metrics, targets and attainment strategies.
· In collaboration with sales and partners, you will serve as an orchestrator between the EMEA Regional Cloud & AI Platforms Business Group (BG) Lead and team and the area/subsidiary to land sales programs with clarity, and ensure the partners and sellers are equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources to sell.
· You will partner with EMEA SEO Cloud & AI team, contributing to the definition and implementation of competitive strategy with insights and feedback, and white-space growth opportunities for sellers within Cloud & AI solution plays and support the three-horizon business development planning
You will contribute to a pipeline of feedback from sales to partners and partnering with EMEA SEO Cloud & AI Datacenter leads, and Solution play teams, supports forecasts for Datacenter capacity and services availability and landing to accelerate ACR
· You model, coach, and care in your team’s career development. You ensure your team has a shared understanding of business objectives and the work accrues to these objectives. You lead your teams through change and resolution of complex issues or blockers. You ensure that your team thrives and lead on feedback from employee signals
Qualifications
Several years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales or related work experience. Strong experience and deep understanding of Azure, Cloud platforms, Gen AI marketplace, competition, solutions, partner ecosystem, market opportunity and product experience relevant to the Cloud & AI Platforms solution plays beneficial.
Several years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization
