We are seeking a Director, Data, Identity & Measurement Programs to lead the execution and evolution of measurement, data, and identity initiatives within the Global Measurement and Insights (GMI) team. This leader will oversee an organization of Technical Program Managers and Measurement Leads responsible for innovating, prototyping and delivering measurement solutions, creating proof points for ads platform and products, driving third-party collaborations, and supporting collaboration across different functions across Monetization team, with the goal of helping advertisers invest confidently with Microsoft.
In this role, you will own and drive cross-functional programs spanning attribution, incrementality, experimentation, data connectivity, and analytics infrastructure. You will set organizational direction, grow leadership capability, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to turn measurement strategy into business impact.
This role sits at the core of Microsoft Ads’ ability to deliver trusted, differentiated measurement in a privacy-first world. You will:

Responsibilities
- Organizational & People Leadership
- Lead and scale a high-performing global organization of TPM (Technical Program Managers) and ML (Measurement Leads).
- Set clear vision, priorities, and operating rhythms that drive accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Build solid talent pipelines and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
- Strategic Program Ownership
- Driving and execution of critical measurement initiatives (attribution, incrementality, experimentation, cross-channel reporting), privacy-safe identity and data solutions, as well as data platforms, pipelines, and integrations powering advertiser insights and optimization.
- Building and influencing measurement strategy and translating that into executable roadmaps with fast-pacing delivery plans.
- Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
- Business Impact
- Ensure solutions scale globally, meet advertiser needs, and align with evolving privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Establish success metrics and operational frameworks to track progress, quality, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to influence platform architecture and investment decisions.
- Executive & Cross-Functional Influence
- Serve as a senior leader and trusted partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing.
- Drive alignment across organizations with competing priorities and complex dependencies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership through strategy reviews, program updates, and executive storytelling.
- Innovation & Future Readiness
- Stay ahead of industry trends in advertising measurement, data privacy, identity, AI-driven analytics, and experimentation.
- Drive continuous evolution of Microsoft Ads’ measurement and data ecosystem to maintain competitive advantage and advertiser trust.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND several years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Extended management experience (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
- Proven experience owning large, cross-org programs with significant business impact
- OR equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of Advertising measurement (attribution, incrementality, experimentation, performance analytics, cross-device measurement) AND Identity solutions and privacy-forward data practices AND Data platforms and analytics infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing technical and analytical organizations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational leadership skills.
- Experience acting as a trusted measurement advisor to senior marketing, sales, and client leadership, with the ability to influence strategy and partner relationships at the executive level.
