We are the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) Azure Architecture team in CSA Global Delivery. You’ll join a high‑impact group that leads customers across Saudi Arabia through secure, resilient adoption of Azure—accelerating modernization and AI readiness while raising the bar on delivery excellence. You will partner closely with CSAMs, STU/ATU sellers, and partner teams to translate outcomes into architectures that are production‑ready, compliant, and optimized for long‑term success in the Kingdom’s most critical environments.
As an Azure Infrastructure CSA, you will drive long‑term cloud adoption by engaging technical decision makers, leading Architectural Design Sessions, and governing solution design against customer goals and Microsoft best practices (CAF landing zones, resilient multi‑zone/region, networking, identity, and security). You will remove blockers, be the Voice of the Customer to product engineering, and ensure projects move from plan to “go‑live” with measurable value realization.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
Responsibilities
1) Lead Architecture & Design. Run Architectural Design Sessions to produce implementation plans aligned to business goals and the customer’s technical environment; govern design choices using CAF landing zones for rapid migration; build resiliency across networking, zonal/multi region, and security to prepare customers for AI innovation scenarios.
2) Drive Customer Success & Value Realization. Work with technical decision makers to ensure understanding of Azure Infrastructure services, the value proposition, and measurable ROI; own your committed delivery pipeline and ensure execution meets expectations.
3) Unblock Deployments & Ensure Delivery Excellence. Identify and resolve issues preventing “go live”; lead technical conversations end to end and deliver work to Microsoft best practices and policies.
4) Be the Voice of the Customer. Capture insights from engagements and feed them back to Engineering/Product Groups to improve platforms and services.
5) Earn Trusted Advisor Status. Build deep relationships with key IT decision makers; advocate for secure, well architected adoption patterns and operational excellence across landing zones, identity, networking, governance, and cost management.
6) Operate as Part of a Unified Account Motion. Collaborate closely with CSAM, ATU/STU, and partner ecosystem to connect delivery with account objectives, pipeline, and consumption milestones (Job 1/Job 2 alignment where applicable in GD).
