As a Business Program Manager reporting directly to the Site Leader for CoreAI, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Responsibilities
Business Operations
• Architect and scale workflows across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Noida to support organizational growth.
• Own budget, headcount, and fiscal planning; ensure financial discipline and transparency.
• Partner with GTA and URT to drive hiring, campus programs, apprentices, and Springboard initiatives.
• Lead Rhythm of Business (RoB) across India and US stakeholders.
• Manage operational cadence including compliance, continuity planning, and headcount administration.
• Drive cross-org initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Leadership Team.
• Prepare executive briefings and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
🤝 Leadership Enablement
• Extend the impact of the Site Leader and Leadership Team by driving business outcomes and cultural transformation.
• Build trust and enable fact-based decision-making through timely and relevant insights.
• Act as the pulse of the organization—surfacing feedback, synthesizing signals, and offering strategic perspective.
💼 Organizational Health
• Leverage employee listening tools & champion employee engagement and effectiveness in a dynamic hybrid environment.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives to build team capabilities and foster inclusive culture.
• Monitor and improve organizational health metrics including training, development plans, and Thriving/Signals scores.
📈 Product Strategy
• Align India RoB with global product and business goals.
• Partner with CoreAI GTM leaders to drive India-specific motions in collaboration with MCAPS and field teams.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with top CoreAI customers across India and Asia.
• Represent CoreAI at IDC Executive Briefing Center and Customer Advisory Boards.
• Support executive communications with product and strategy inputs.
👥 People Strategy
• Drive people-focused RoB and hybrid workplace culture.
• Monitor training and development plans; improve organizational health metrics.
• Lead initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and culture across the org.
🎯 Leading Special Projects
• Lead strategic and ad-hoc projects with high visibility and impact.
• Refine and support team deliverables including presentations, partner decks, and executive communications.
• Design and deliver content for employee engagements and leadership forums.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience leading strategic cross-org initiatives.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Program Management, Corporate Strategy, or Business Excellence.
- Financial management experience is a strong plus.
- Prior experience as Business Manager or Chief of Staff highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Proven leadership and collaboration across virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Solid program management and problem-solving capabilities.
- High empathy and interpersonal awareness to engage across all levels.
- Financial acumen and operational rigor.
- Strategic mindset with adaptability to evolving business needs.
- Background in product design or strategy is a plus.
