This opening in Worldwide Customer Service & Support (WW CSS) Finance offers you the opportunity to work closely with Senior Leaders in CSS to influence the support experience across ALL Microsoft Customer Solution Areas. CSS is comprised of resources providing professional support services across ALL Microsoft’s products in 191 countries and 46 different languages! The team manages over 37 million interactions annually across commercial, consumers, advertisers, developers, and support partners. CSS costs impact and influences every reporting segment of Microsoft, with regular cross-company collaboration with Corporate Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Finance teams.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience supporting revenue planning, scenario modeling, or complex financial modeling.financial analysis experience OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience and understanding of the technology industry, particularly in commercial cloud services & business models.

Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
