Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 is key to Microsoft’s cloud strategy and we are looking for highly driven PMs to drive our strategies and investments in making Office 365 the most reliable and consistently amazing service in the world. Come be part of the Microsoft 365 Core PM team.
The primary focus of this role is to design and build a world class deployment platform and onboard all M365 service teams to leverage this capability. This boils down to two main areas:
- Work within teams in Microsoft to define the requirements for the standardized service release and deployment platform leveraging AI. Define the standards and direction for the platform understanding the industry trends, play an influencer role and ensure all stakeholders are satisfied.
- Building a world-class developer experience for Microsoft developers to build scalable and reliable services on top of this platform. Be customer obsessed and bring breakthrough ideas to leverage AI in improving the life of Microsoft developers.
As part of the Microsoft 365 organization you’ll be expected to collaborate and drive efforts across multiple engineering managers and organizations; success will be through developing breakthrough ideas from start to finish with measurable and positive impact.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Solid cross group collaboration.
- Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
- Material experience and passion for software system building.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
