We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive implementation of client build, release, and validation gating and support feature flighting across multiple platforms, devices, and operating systems. Our infrastructure allows partner teams to deliver a new feature to millions of users in the order of minutes in an automated fashion. We utilize big data to understand customer usage, enable rapid detection and debugging of issues.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain engineering infrastructure, tools, and services that power the CI/CD for Microsoft Teams across different clients/platforms.
- Champion best practices, tools, and processes for a data-driven, quality-focused release of Microsoft Teams as frequently as possible to our customers.
- Build tools/bots to improve developer productivity, contribute ideas to continuously improve our systems, and drive actionable code and product quality feedback.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop overall product vision as well as strategies on how to realize the vision by identifying technical challenges & proposing solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience coding in an object-oriented programming language, with some knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS/Python .
- Experience with cloud platforms, Azure PaaS & Services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills.
- Good track record of working with partner teams and a mindset to get things done the right way.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for reaching across teams and organizations to make progress collaboratively.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
