Responsibilities
You’ll bring structure and momentum to complex, AI/ML‑heavy research programs by turning open goals into sequenced plans and keeping cross-team dependencies visible.
You’ll coordinate strategic roadmaps, decision logs, readiness gates, and will help orchestrate evaluation pilots with external collaborators.
You’ll contribute to our culture of creating safe, compliant, and responsible AI.
You’d be joining a geographically distributed team with hybrid schedules (expected three days per week in-office) and periodic travel for in-person working sessions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering OR related disciplines OR equivalent practical experience AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience..
Experience in AI/ML research environments or research-to-product tech transfer.
1+ year(s) experience reading/writing code (Python, notebooks, evaluation scripts) in research or production settings.
1+ year(s) experience collaborating with scientists/researchers (experimental design, reproducibility, results review).

1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
