Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable services and features across the Dynamics 365 Commerce stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product management, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end customer value.
- Participate in live site operations and drive continuous improvements in reliability, performance, and telemetry.
- Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Embrace engineering best practices, including automation, observability, and secure-by-design principles.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with at least 1+ year building cloud-based or distributed applications
- Solid understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks (C#, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated skills in coding, debugging, design, and problem-solving in large-scale systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions, including Copilot, LLM integration, or personalization systems.
- Proven written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, or other large-scale enterprise systems.
- Experience in microservices architecture, API design, and Azure cloud services (e.g., Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and backend services in .NET or Node.js.
- Experience with distributed system telemetry, diagnostics, and performance optimization.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
