Overview

The Xbox Game Studios Publishing team responsible for the recently released Ninja Gaiden 4, Microsoft Flight Simulator and Ori and the Will of the Wisps is seeking a Production Coordinator to work across our organization.

We are looking for someone who is excited to keep us organized and improve our efficiency across our group. In this role, you will have exposure to all the products and team members within the publishing organization. This role facilitates communication, helps organize our department, and problem solves. Responsibilities
  • Develop tracking methodologies for a multitude of areas to support product development; example areas include dev kit and equipment management, back catalog contracts and pitches for product due diligence.

  • Track and maintain our list of internal partner relationships to ensure proper tie in with teams across Xbox and Microsoft.

  • Organize and maintain permissions including mailing lists, internal Teams channels, etc.

  • Document meetings and assist in executing against action items for portfolio support and management.

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support for designated leaders, managers and/or teams.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute team and organizational events, including morale boosting.

  • Drive space, supply, and hardware management and planning.

  • Take on special projects that will support the production and business management efforts across all our projects.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
    • OR 1+ year(s) experience working in an office environment
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    • OR 1+ year(s) experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • General understanding of project management; scheduling, tracking, reporting, accountability, etc.
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging proactively with teammates and partners, collaborating flexibly while maintaining a positive, energized approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge in creating Excel Macros and/or ability to create Power BI Dashboards
  • Passionate about video games and the gaming industry

Game Producers IC1 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.97 - $58.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $46.06 - $66.20 per hour.
