Strategic Partner Investments Manager
Microsoft
Microsoft’s Strategic Partner Investments team, part of Global Channel & Partner Solutions, exists to accelerate partner-led growth and innovation through strategic investments and incentives. Our mission is to capture opportunities that drive material impact for Microsoft and its partners.
As a Strategic Partner Investments Manager, you will play a critical part in enabling high-impact partner deals, ensuring they are supported through our incentive portfolio or, when needed, bespoke agreements. You will also help shape and execute incentive programs from concept through launch. Working closely with teams across MCAPS and other stakeholders, you will ensure investments align with long-term strategy, deliver strong ROI, and create measurable growth.
We are looking for someone with a bias for action, creativity, and optimism — a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable navigating complexity and turning challenges into opportunities for shared success.
If you are passionate about designing innovative partner incentive frameworks, accelerating strategic deals, and collaborating across teams to make a tangible impact on Microsoft’s global partner ecosystem, this role offers visibility and growth in a space that matters.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

- Strategic Deal Execution: Enable high-impact partner deals through the design and deployment of strategic investments. Support global partnerships by shaping custom agreements and activating targeted incentives where appropriate. Collaborate across internal teams to assess feasibility, evaluate financial impact, and guide stakeholders through approval and launch processes.
- Program Design & Framework Development: Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable incentive programs that drive revenue and support strategic investments. Incorporate stakeholder feedback, refine documentation, and ensure programs are easy to understand and deploy. Help define when to use standard offerings versus custom solutions.
- Pilot Campaigns & Agile Execution: Launch short-term pilots and targeted campaigns to test new investment models and respond to emerging opportunities. Design with clear objectives, success metrics, and exit criteria. Monitor performance, capture learnings, and recommend whether to scale, pivot, or sunset each initiative.
- Deal Operations & Launch Readiness: Own the end-to-end process for custom investments—from intake through launch. Coordinate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure each investment is approved, documented, and activated smoothly. Maintain accountability for timelines, stakeholder alignment, and launch readiness.
- Pipeline Management & Performance Tracking: Maintain a disciplined pipeline of active and upcoming investments. Track status, strategic alignment, and expected outcomes. Use data to prioritize focus, inform leadership, and identify trends. Share insights that help the team improve execution and scale what works.
- Team Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Share best practices, support teammates, and simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
