This is a rare opportunity for a breadth and depth PM who works across large web scale search products as well as breakthrough Copilot product areas.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager (IC) to drive a core product area within Microsoft’s AI-powered consumer health experiences across Bing and Copilot. This role sits in Hyderabad and operates in a highly collaborative, cross-geo environment with close partners in the UK and US. This is a role for an IC PM who brings depth - to credibly drive decisions with engineering, design, data science, and AI partners - and breadth - to contribute meaningfully to a larger product and platform blueprint. Success in this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication, solid product judgment, and the ability to lead through written docs/canvases, in a globally distributed operating model.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end, developing deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, defining product strategy and requirements, and driving execution for AI-powered consumer health experiences including AI workflows, Evals etc,.
- Translate business objectives into clear product strategy, user experience direction, and technical requirements in close partnership with design, engineering, data science, and AI model teams.
- Break down complex, ambiguous problem spaces into phased, executable plans and lead cross-functional teams from concept to high-quality, globally scaled delivery.
- Drive solid cross-functional execution through effective communication, dependency management, scoping, scheduling, and collaboration with engineering, design, clinical, and research partners.
- Define success metrics and performance indicators; design and oversee experiments; evaluate outcomes using data, experimentation, and user research.
- Set and uphold a high bar for product quality, usability, and trust, delivering consumer-grade experiences at global scale.
- Contribute beyond your immediate area through best practices in product & technical depth, and operating rhythm across Bing and Copilot Health initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree, MS/MBA AND 10+ years experience in product management, with deep technical fluency (DS & Engg.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate high altitude strategy as well as lowest level technical details.
- Demonstrated success operating from a remote or distributed product location, partnering closely with leadership, stakeholders and teams based in the UK and US.
- Solid cross-geo, upward, and outward stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to navigate and execute within a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience building or scaling large, consumer-facing products, preferably in web-scale systems such as Search, AI-driven platforms, or healthcare consumer experiences.
- Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
- Experience working with LLMs, GenAI systems, or applied AI products.
- Experience working in large technology companies or scaled consumer product organizations.
