Position Description:
We’re hiring a Group Manager to empower a high performing team responsible for seamless, compliant deal processing and flawless quarter end execution for our most strategic customers in the EMEA region. In this mission critical role, you’ll partner across Microsoft’s Operations Service Centre (OSC), & key stakeholders to deliver integrated, bestinclass QuotetoCash (Q2C) services. You’ll thrive in a fast paced environment that prizes collaboration, problem solving, and developing exceptional people.
We are seeking an experienced people leader who thrives in complex, matrixed global environments, exercises exceptional judgment and communication, leverages data to elevate performance, leads with customer obsession and unwavering compliance, and inspires teams to deliver impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing, diverse team that delivers customer, field, and partner operational excellence through a managed service model.
- Oversee operational performance, compliance, outsourced delivery, and change initiatives to meet business goals and maintain audit readiness.
- Drive seamless end-to-end transaction services, systems readiness, risk mitigation, and close cycle execution in partnership with OSC, engineering, and outsourcing teams across Microsoft’s Q2C ecosystem.
- Build and strengthen senior level stakeholder relationships to align priorities and accelerate outcomes.
- Champion global process improvement and a data driven, growth mindset culture that enables informed decision making and continuous improvement.
- Lead the transformation of Q2C processes, leveraging AI and continuous improvement to enable scale and operational agility.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Several years of management experience in Operations, Program Management, Process Management, or related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field AND process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
- Multiple years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or MBA
- Proven experience managing global teams and navigating multi-time zone operations
- Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership. innovations and execution management; ability to influence without authority
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem solving, with sound judgement to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills and leader with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally
- Extensive background in compliance, controls & risk management
- Six Sigma Qualification
- Change Management Practitioner
