Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer in the Windows 365 team, you will get an amazing opportunity to extend your knowledge of several important Microsoft products and technical areas including Windows, Office and our cloud based management suite, and drive product improvements into Microsoft 365. In this role, you will be part of a team of talented and motivated engineers that will behave more like a startup team. You will do what is necessary with your peers to plan, design, implement and deliver the feature requirements with high quality.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Good learning ability.
- Good compute science knowledge.
- Good coding, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms.
- Good English communication skill.
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the
- Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Travel: Occasional travel (0% to 25%) may be required as part of this role.

- Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good AI assisted coding practice
- Software engineering experience building and shipping apps and/or large scale cloud services.
