Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow a diverse, high-performing engineering team working across DLP policy management, Exchange DLP, agentic experiences, and Outlook integrations. Define product strategy and influence business metrics across DLP adoption, customer onboarding, system performance, and service reliability. Architect and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend and distributed systems capable of supporting billions of email policy evaluations per day. Make strategic design decisions grounded in deep understanding of customer needs, data patterns, and long-term architectural direction. Consistently contribute innovative ideas to improve DLP policy authoring experiences, agentic workflows, and enterprise security posture. Use metrics, telemetry, and data-driven insights to continuously improve service quality, stability, and end-user experience. Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality DLP experiences end-to-end across the product lifecycle. Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams—engineering, PM, UX, data science, and partner organizations—to drive improvements across backend systems and customer experiences. Work as part of an agile, cross-disciplinary team building forward-looking capabilities that protect customer data at cloud scale.
