Senior Product Manager
Microsoft
Microsoft Fabric is transforming how organizations use real-time data and AI. Eventhouse is the high-scale analytics engine behind this shift - powering mission-critical dashboards, streaming analytics, and low-latency decision making.
We’re looking for a highly senior Product Manager to join our team and help build Eventhouse experience, management, and growth strategy across Fabric. If you’ve built SaaS/PaaS or large-scale data platforms and love simplifying complex systems for enterprise users, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Execution
Define and drive the end-to-end Eventhouse experience within Fabric - management, monitoring, optimization, and platform growth.
Write specs, define scenarios, partner with engineering on feature execution, and ensure high-quality, reliable releases.
Take high-level or ambiguous concepts and drive them end-to-end: from idea, to concrete plans, to execution, to measurable customer impact.
Independently lead cross-team initiatives, creating clarity across engineering, design, partner teams, and other Fabric workloads.
Continuously assess customer feedback, product telemetry, and business goals to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify new opportunities to improve the Eventhouse experience, reliability, performance, and customer value.
Bring forward new ideas and champion product innovations that push the platform forward.
Validate assumptions early and often with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Customer & Field Engagement
Work directly with strategic customers, design partners, and field teams to validate needs, gather insights, and accelerate adoption.
Translate complex customer scenarios into clear, actionable product requirements.
Cross-Org Collaboration
Lead alignment with other Fabric workloads (Dashboards, Lakehouse, OneLake, Copilot, Observability) to deliver unified, seamless experiences.
Represent Eventhouse in cross-team architecture, AI integration, and platform initiatives.
Qualifications
6+ years of PM experience building cloud services, SaaS/PaaS platforms, or high-volume distributed data systems.
Strong technical depth and proven ability to drive complex products from vision through delivery.
Strong customer orientation with experience working with enterprise customers.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
Preferred
Experience with real-time analytics engines, event streaming systems, or observability platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Explorer/Kusto, or other cloud analytics ecosystems.
Experience building management, monitoring, or optimization experiences for large-scale services.
