Responsibilities
- Product feedback life cycle: Manage, coordinate and execute end-to-end customer feedback process, specifically focused on triaging, reporting, dashboard, analysis , ensuring our Copilot experiences are delivered to address customer issues with high quality.
- Champion Product Quality: Review customer feedback across many channels, provide deep analysis and improve processes and maintain robust product quality for users worldwide.
- Coordinate Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to align on goals, track deliverables, and communicate status updates effectively.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Collaborate with analytics teams to define key success metrics, correlate improvements to usage, and influence roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
- Foster a Growth Mindset: Mentor team members, Manage vendor resources, share best practices, and cultivate a culture where everyone feels empowered to innovate, learn, and grow.
- Apply Technical Expertise: Dive deep into product and system architecture to better understand root causes, shape solutions, and drive high-impact improvements with engineering partners
- Drive Scalable Solution: Design repeatable processes and frameworks that scale with product complexity and organizational growth, ensuring operational stability and continues improvement
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
