The key responsibility of CSA Azure is to drive Area Revenue growth leveraging market insights, propensity models and partnering closely with BG/Business on landing Corp strategy into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
Partnership
> Partnering with the India Product leaders and Technical leads to drive cloud growth in the Area through deep Cloud analytics forward and backwards
> Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge Business leads around new business opportunities / growth road map landscape.
> Provide insights to the Area Finance/Business Teams in a way that can be easily actioned.
> Leverage Corp models and analytics, provide insights and follow up with business teams in a digestible manner which can be easily leveraged
> Provide business insights to accelerate growth across all Segments/Workloads, accelerate our MACC to ACR motion and our Scale motions
> Balance growth through our existing consuming customers and Customer Adds
Processes
• Accountable for finance content within Area ROB (e.g. IAR, Quarterly Business reviews, Month End results, Forecast)
• Ongoing assistance to the India CVP/CFO and team
• Be part of India ROB's on Azure with Business and Finance teams working closely with Asia Finance team for support and insights.
People
• Work closely with Asia Region CSA Finance manager and partner with the WW Community Lead to focus on the key insights and projects to accelerate our growth.
• Identify finance best practices and share them broadly within India, Asia and WW
• Connect the dots and help Field finance team land the Corp strategy or escalate issues and help needed.
This position involves a significant amount of exposure to executive and senior management and requires the ability to communicate ideas and analysis effectively, thereby influencing business decisions, so executive maturity, business acumen and presentation and communication skills need to be your strengths.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in finance / finance leadership positions.
- Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is recommended.
- Analytical mindset and passion for process excellence.
- Demonstration of people leadership and buisness partnering capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
- BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA preferred.
