As stewards all marketing investments, tools, processes, and ROB across the Marketing portfolio, our team advises Marketing leadership through systems thinking and data-based insights to achieve business objectives.

This Finance Manager will look across the end-to-end marketing HC and People$, collaborating cross-teams while owning and innovating HC affordability models, providing the overall story and judgment across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Partnership: Engage with Marketing finance leads, CFT and Marketing business stakeholders to align assumptions, trends, insights, and influence investment prioritization. Deliver timely reporting and insight to inform leadership on progress against accountabilities and create new reporting views to support key decision making.
  • Financial Modeling: Own and evolve the People Affordability models, and other models to monitor trends and inform key drivers. Model HC ramp and people spend with clear assumptions, commentary, and point of view as key inputs for the finance ROB (forecast, planning, ad-hoc decision making)
  • Finance ROB: Own financial close, forecast, planning processes for HC and People$, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution in finance tools and systems. Monitor material variances, problem solve and resolve accounting issues.


Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-evolving business
  • Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level perspective to detailed analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Technology including Excel and Power BI
  • Experience collaborating cross team and ability to influence others
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done


Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
