As a Product Manager within CPX, you’ll contribute to advancing Commerce’s strategic pillars, including:
- Delivering high-quality, consistent, and actionable experiences across commerce scenarios.
- Supporting modernization of Microsoft’s commerce ecosystem for greater impact and efficiency.
- Participating in innovative efforts around AI-powered, personalized, and predictive solutions.
- Helping ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Support product strategy and execution aligned with Commerce’s strategic pillars and Microsoft’s business objectives.
- Requirements gathering, roadmap planning, design, delivery, and measurement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Experience a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and Microsoft security standards
- Engage with stakeholders across engineering, support, and business teams to help prioritize features and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, or engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), distributed systems, or compliance requirements is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, coupled with a curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
- Communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in teams and driving projects from concept to delivery.
- Willingness to learn agile methodologies and contribute to product vision.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
