As a Partner Solution Sales professional, you will focus on Microsoft’s core Solution Area of AI Business Solutions within the SMB segment. You will be responsible for driving opportunities from commit to complete (Stages 2–3 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology, MCEM), operating at scale across a portfolio of high performing CSP (Cloud Solution Providers) partners. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, hone your selling skills, and become adept at deal structuring.
You will develop and execute a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan with assigned partners, driving sales through co-sell strategies to achieve revenue growth across the SMB Business in D/A/CH. You will lead your partners' commercial performance and drive sustainable sales impact to customers. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, developing the business strategy between Microsoft and your partners. You will also enhance your consultative selling skills through MCEM and actively pursue additional learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
Work with a set of partners to help them land AI Business Solutions offerings with SMB customers in both new & renew scenarios across AI Workforce & Business Process solutions including M365 Copilot and Agents
Encourage and support partners in offering solution sales pitches that satisfy customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify the right partner solution for customer and industry needs.
Work with Partner Development Managers to drive partners’ skills and specializations with on-going learning and practical use in customer projects
Create solution-specific sales plans with your assigned partners for annual revenue planning as well as for special promotions and sales initiatives
To drive growth you will share best practices, replicable materials and challenge your partners to maximize their reach, frequency and yield of license sales
In order to help market partners’ offerings, you will co-create customer testimonials and winwires, co-deliver customer (or reseller) events and strategize on compete tactics
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field AND experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales and professional coaching/mentoring OR equivalent experience.
Understanding of Productivity & Business Applications Solutions from Microsoft and, ideally, key competitors
A background in ERP & CRM
Workload Fundamental Certification.
Experience of complex consultative or solutions selling experience
