As a Digital Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team, you will lead advanced technical engagements that help Corporate customers in Singapore unlock the full value of AI‑powered productivity. You will shape technical strategy, win complex architectural decisions, and guide organizations through secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business stakeholders, delivering impactful demos, envisioning sessions, and solution architectures that drive clarity and confidence. Your work directly accelerates customer transformation, especially in industries with stringent security, governance, and compliance requirements.
In this senior IC role, you will amplify impact beyond individual deals - mentoring engineers, creating repeatable technical assets, and providing strategic insights back to product teams. You will partner closely with sales, engineering, and an extensive partner ecosystem to drive adoption, remove technical blockers, and scale customer success across the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead advanced technical engagements - including demos, hands‑on pilots, and architecture design sessions - to showcase the value of Copilot and AI‑driven productivity.
- Design secure, compliant, and scalable AI architectures tailored to customer business needs, technical landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Own the technical strategy for qualified opportunities, guiding customers through evaluation, solution design, and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams and customer success to accelerate deployment and ensure seamless handoff to post‑sales adoption.
- Resolve technical blockers by partnering with engineering, escalating when needed, and communicating clear mitigation paths.
- Create reusable assets such as demo scripts, reference architectures, and implementation patterns that scale knowledge across field and partner communities.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights, competitive patterns, and emerging scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the AI engineering community.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to lead demos, pilots, and technical evaluations for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven productivity solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI solution architectures, security, identity, and compliance patterns relevant to enterprise and regulated industries.
- Ability to independently lead customer engagements, manage technical strategy, and document technical close/decision plans.
- Experience influencing technical and business stakeholders through clear architectural storytelling and value-based guidance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical depth equivalent to L200/L400 competencies in AI, Microsoft 365, or cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with partner co-sell motions and working with ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.
- Experience creating reusable technical assets (e.g., demos, reference architectures, best-practice guides).
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (actions, connectors, plugins).
