The Digital Enterprise Sales team accelerates customer business outcomes through the power of Microsoft Cloud. As a Digital Specialist, you will lead digital first engagement with enterprise customers, identifying business needs, shaping solution strategies, and driving transformational conversations across multiple solution areas—including AI, Secure Productivity (M365 Copilot, M365 suite) and Virtualization (VDI, AVD).
You will collaborate closely with account teams, technical specialists, partners, and services to advance qualified opportunities, orchestrate deal execution, and deliver customer value at scale. This role requires strong business acumen, proven sales hunter mentality, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technical decision makers.
You will contribute to Microsoft’s mission by driving strategic sales motions, managing a territory business across MCSA Majors Growth accounts, and leading customer centric engagements that support innovation and digital transformation. Engage enterprise customers to understand business priorities, drive digital transformation conversations, and position relevant Microsoft cloud solutions.
Qualify, develop, and progress opportunities by collaborating with account teams, partners, and technical resources to build pipelines and accelerate deal closure.
Articulate business value, propose prioritized solutions, and guide customers through decision making by leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends and technology readiness.
Lead and orchestrate cross functional teams to execute sales plays, manage blockers, develop close plans, and ensure predictable, high-quality deal execution.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including senior business decision makers, through proactive networking, storytelling, and trusted advisor engagement.
Partner with One Commercial Partner and the broader ecosystem to support co-sell motions, develop joint proposals, and identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell.
Manage the end-to-end business for assigned accounts/territory, including forecasting, business planning, competitive analysis, and reporting through rhythm of business activities.
Drive technical and value-based conversations specific to Microsoft 365 (M365) and M365 Copilot, demonstrating a strong understanding of the suite and its business impact.
Demonstrate strong sales hunting capability to generate pipelines, engage complex Majors Growth customers, and progress deals through opportunity and orchestration stages.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field AND 6+ years of technology related sales or account management experience
OR 8+ years of technology related sales or account management experience.
3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
Hands-on experience and technical depth with Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot. Relevant certifications are highly preferred.
